Hey, I'm Terrell.

I spent a large majority of my life overweight, until about the age of 18. When I was 18, I was over 200lbs and finally I snapped and began the journey of a lifetime - as I'm sure you have already begun.

I quickly lost 30lbs or so and then remained "skinny fat" for years. I under ate constantly because I was afraid of getting fat again, and worked out often but with no real, regimented plan. As a result, I remained the way I was. I also developed a whole host of digestive issues along the way, like many struggling to make meaningful changes to their health.

Now at 26, I've spent the last 8 years of my life learning through personal studying and experience, my experience personal training others and nutritional therapy - how to make healthy eating, lifestyle and overall wellness sustainable, enjoyable, and effective.

Like many, I've tried a great many different diets (keto, plant based, carnivore, etc.) and have come to the understanding that when the focus is on gut health, metabolic health, and overall wellness RATHER than just making yourself suffer through endless hours of cardio and starving yourself at home, chances of success quadruple.
